§ 13-163. Permit.

Each person who locates or re-locates a house structure, mobile home or any other building type structure (being a structure that is ten feet or more wide or ten feet or more long) onto property in the parish or from property in the parish except deliveries of mobile homes from manufacturers to retail mobile home lots located within the parish and in the course and scope thereof transports the said house structure, mobile home or other said building structure upon the roadways of the parish or state shall first obtain from the parish permit office a permit and shall pay the fee therefor as established by the parish council-president government.
