Prior to obtaining a moving permit, all local, state and federal regulations and requirements
must be met. An approval from the board of health for sanitary sewerage must be obtained.
A flood determination will be made and compliance to this determination must be adhered
to. A building permit will be required according to Southern Standard Building Code
Section 111; (A permit shall be obtained before alteration or repairs, other than
ordinary repairs, using application forms provided by the permit office. Ordinary
repairs are nonstructural repairs and do not include addition to, alteration of, or
replacement or relocation of water supply, sewer, drainage, drain leaders, gas, soil,
waste, vent or similar piping, electrical wiring, or mechanical or other work for
which a permit is required by the building official.) Fees are according to T.P. Ordinance
01-01.
