§ 13-121. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Lot means a small parcel of real estate less than one acre in size.

Tract means a parcel of land larger than a lot but not imparting in itself any precise dimension.
