§ 13-198. Hours of operation.

No sexually oriented business shall be or remain open for business between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday), provided that a sexually oriented business which has obtained a license to sell alcoholic beverages from the State of Louisiana or Parish of Tangipahoa may remain open to sell alcoholic beverages under the terms of that license, but may not conduct sexually oriented entertainment activity between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday).
