§ 13-305. Penalty.

In addition to such civil sanctions as may be provided by the occupational license tax law, sales tax collection law and the regulation of "Second Hand Dealers", whoever violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a criminal offense and shall be punished as provided in section 1-13 of the Code of Ordinances of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
