§ 16-13. Letting premises for obscenity prohibited; violations, penalties.

Letting premises for obscenity is the granting of the right of use or the leasing of any premises, knowing that the said premises are to be used for the practice of obscenity as defined in section 16-12 or the allowing of the continued use of the premises with such knowledge.
