§ 16-2. Soothsaying, fortunetelling, etc.

(a)

The occupation for pay of the business of soothsaying palm reading, prophesying and/or telling fortunes shall be unlawful.

(b)

The above occupations are defined as anyone who, by reading the palm or by any other method of determining the future, attempts to prophesy the future for anyone, or about anyone or anything.
