§ 17-29. Chair and secretary.

The planning commission shall elect its own chair who shall serve for one year. Tangipahoa Parish Government shall provide a secretary for the planning commission. The secretary shall not be considered a voting member. It shall be the duty of the secretary to keep a true and correct record of all proceedings of the planning commission.
