§ 17-36. General power and duties.

(a)

The powers and duties of the commission shall be as provided by Louisiana Revised Statute 33:106.

(b)

The commission shall approve or disapprove subdivision development in accordance with chapter 20.5 Tangipahoa Parish Code of Ordinance, Subdivision regulations.
