§ 18-47. Permits not assignable.

Permits issued under this division are not assignable or heritable and are good only from the time of issuance to December 31 of the year in which issued, unless sooner suspended or revoked. In the event of the dissolution of a partnership by death, the surviving partner or partners may operate under a partnership permit. Receivers and trustees in bankruptcy may operate under the permit of the persons succeeded.
