§ 18-55. Disposal restrictions for industrial solid waste at the tangipahoa parish regional landfill.

Due to the greatly increased proportions of industrial solid waste to residential solid waste, each of which is described previously in this chapter, in various heavily industrialized parishes of the State of Louisiana, there shall be no solid waste disposed of or delivered for disposal to the parish regional landfill from the following parishes within the permitted 100-mile radius of the parish regional landfill, to wit: East Baton Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish, Plaquemine Parish, St. Charles Parish, Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish.
