§ 18-94. Length of permit and permit renewal.

Any permit for a solid waste landfill and/or solid waste storage facility in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, shall be subject to the following, to-wit:

(1)

The initial permit will be for a period of not more than five years.

(2)

Permit renewal shall be based upon the same public notice as defined hereinabove at section 18-93.

(3)

Permit renewals shall also be for no more than five years.

(4)

The Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality shall be advised in writing by the Tangipahoa Parish Council-President Government of the length of the granted parish approved permit and that any state approved permit must be in accordance with the conditions and limitations of the approved parish permit.
