§ 19-572. Powers, corporate seal.

(a)

The road district created in this division shall have all of the powers and the rights granted to such districts by the constitution and laws of the state, including the right to issue bonds.

(b)

The corporate seal of the parish council shall be the corporate seal of this road district.
