§ 19-431. Created; boundaries.

(a)

In accordance with law and Article 292 of the Constitution of 1913, a road district is hereby created which shall be known as road district no. 6-A of the parish.

(b)

The road district herein created shall comprise the following territory: All of the sixth ward of the parish being bounded as follows:

Beginning at the Tangipahoa River at a point dividing the sixth and seventh wards; thence west on the ward line dividing the sixth and seventh wards; thence north on the parish line dividing Tangipahoa and Livingston Parishes; thence east along the ward line dividing the third and sixth wards to the Tangipahoa River; thence south down the Tangipahoa River to the point of beginning.
