The domicile of gravity drainage district no. 5 of the parish is hereby fixed at the
Kentwood City Hall, Kentwood, Louisiana, at which domicile it shall be sued and service
of citation made on its president, either in person or to some person in charge of
the office. The domicile of the drainage district herein established may hereafter
be changed, and a new domicile fixed by a resolution of the drainage commissioners,
and notice to that effect, signed by the president of the board of commissioners,
shall be published for 30 days in a notice published in the parish.
