§ 19-153. Statutory authority.

Gravity drainage district no. 5 of the parish and the board of drainage commissioners thereof shall be vested with all powers as presently authorized by the constitution and laws of the state and as may hereafter be and become effective after the effective date of the new constitution and laws to be enacted supplemental thereto, pertaining to gravity drainage districts generally.
