§ 19-157. Powers.

The consolidated gravity drainage district created in this division shall be a political subdivision of the state and shall have and is hereby vested with all the rights, powers, including without limiting the generality of the above, full power and authority, through the governing authority thereof, to incur debt and issue negotiable interest bearing coupon bonds in the manner provided by law, for the purpose of constructing gravity drainage works, title to which shall be in the public.
