§ 19-328. Board of commissioners.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 4564 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (RS. 33:4564) five commissioners shall be appointed. The commissioners hereby appointed shall constitute a board of commissioners of Ponchatoula Area Recreation District No. 1 of the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and shall serve in their offices for the term as set forth or until their successors shall have been duly appointed and have qualified. The board of commissioners shall have all the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statute of the State of Louisiana.
