§ 19-330. Notice and publication.

Due notice of the formation and creation of the Ponchatoula Area Recreation District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana hereby created shall be published in the Official Journal of the Parish of Tangipahoa in accordance with law, and the Clerk of the Tangipahoa Parish Council is hereby instructed and ordered to cause publication thereof.
