Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Chapter 11, Title 33 of the Louisiana
Revised Statutes of 1950, and other constitutional and statutory provisions and authority
supplemental thereto, a recreation district is hereby created within the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, which recreation district shall comprise and embrace
all of that territory within the following described boundaries, to-wit:
South at HWY. 10, north at State Line Road, east at Tangipahoa River, west at St.
Helena/Tangipahoa Parish line.
