§ 19-631. Created; boundaries.

(a)

Pursuant to the authority contained in Act No. 63 of 1932 (Louisiana Constitution of 1921, Article XIV, Section 14 C.1), there is hereby created a road lighting district in the parish to be known as road lighting district no. 2 of the parish.

(b)

The boundaries of the district shall be as follows:

A certain plot or parcel of land lying within the seventh ward of the parish and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of section 31, township 6 south, range 8 east; thence west along the north boundary of section 36, township 6 south, range 7 east to the east right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad; thence south easterly along said right-of-way to its intersection with I-12; thence east along I-12 to the east boundary of section 32; thence north along the east boundary of section 32 and section 29 to the quarter corner on the east boundary of section 29; thence west along the quarter line 160 chains through section 29 and 30 to the west boundary of section 30; thence south along the west boundary of section 30, 40 chains to the point of beginning.
