§ 19-646. Created; boundaries.

(a)

Pursuant to authority contained in Act No. 63 of 1932 (Louisiana Constitution of 1921, Article XIV, Section 14), there is hereby created a road lighting district in the parish to be known as road lighting district no. 3 of the parish.

(b)

The boundaries of road lighting district no. 3 shall be as follows:

Fractional section 19, fractional section 30, section 37 and section 38, township 6 south, range 9 east and section 12, that portion of section 13 and 24 east of Tangipahoa River, section 40 and section 41, township 6 south, range 8 east, Greensburg District, Louisiana.
