§ 19-664. Powers, corporate seal.

(a)

The road lighting district created in this division shall have all the powers and rights granted to such districts by the constitution and laws of the state.

(b)

The corporate seal of the Tangipahoa Parish Council shall be the corporate seal of the road lighting district herein created.
