§ 19-711. Created; boundaries.

Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by R.S. Title 33, Chapter 9 and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemented thereto, sewerage district no. 1 of the parish is hereby created within the parish, which sewerage district shall now comprise and embrace the following described boundaries:
That entire area of the parish bounded on the north, south and east and west by the parish lines.
