§ 22-6. Organized bicycle ride rest stops.

Any rest stop and/or rest area provided to or for bicycle riders participating in organized bicycle rides will be located off of the public roadway and at a point where bicycle riders can enter upon and exit the roadway in a safe manner. Except in the case of an emergency, there will be no stopping on the public roadways and/or the shoulder of the said public roadways.
