§ 23-38. Requirement for connection to a community water supply before approval by the Sewerage District No. 1 and that all such applicants who are connected to the metered water service line of another party have their individual sewer user fees billed to the account of the other party responsible for that meter.

  • All applicants requiring the approval of Sewerage District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish under any of the ordinances in chapter 23, of this Code, must connect to a community water supply as required in the Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 51, Public Health Sanitary Code. Furthermore, approval of the Sewerage District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish will not be granted until such connection is competed.

    In addition, all such applicants requiring the approval of the Sewerage District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish, who are connected to the metered water service line of another party, shall have their individual sewer user fees billed to the account of the other party responsible for that meter.
