§ 23-75. Adoption of state sanitary code.

(a)

The Tangipahoa Parish Council-President Government does hereby adopt for the purpose of full implementation the provisions of the Sanitary Code of the State of Louisiana dealing with water supplies as more fully enumerated in Title 51, Part XII of the state's aforesaid code as currently adopted and as hereinafter amended and/or supplemented.

(b)

Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of Title 51, Part XII of the Sanitary Code of the State of Louisiana shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in section 1-13 of the Code of Ordinances of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
