§ 24-93. Investigation.

  • (a)

    The sheriff's office shall conduct an investigation of each applicant under this division annually, and each applicant shall submit himself to being photographed and fingerprinted.

    (b)

    A report of the sheriff's office investigation and a copy of the traffic and police record of the applicant shall be attached to the application and kept on file in the office of the parish sheriff's office.

    (c)

    Any permitted ambulance operator must annually submit evidence of an ongoing random drug screening program.
