§ 27-2. Applicability.

This chapter shall be applicable to any person, corporation, company, partnership, business or other entity conducting operations in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana to explore for, develop and/or produce oil, petroleum products, natural gas, salt, sulphur and/or other sub-surface minerals obtained from drilling activities in or under properties in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
