§ 2-2. Exemption from state law.

The parish and its firefighting employees are hereby declared to be exempt from the provisions of R.S. 33:2153A(1)(a), and neither R.S. 33:2153A(1)(a) nor any of the other provisions of R.S. 33:2151 et seq. shall be applicable to this parish or its firefighting employees.
