§ 2-43. Budgetary information reports; review of budget.

Within two weeks following the conclusion of each fiscal quarter, the president shall produce and provide any and all records and reports relevant to the status of expenses, income and other budgetary information as may be requested by the parish council.

Thereafter for each quarter, the parish council shall review the budget, with the aid and assistance of the parish president, for the purpose of amending and/or adjusting any appropriation as may be deemed necessary by the parish council.
