§ 2-96. Bidders on public projects required to have insurance; other requirements.

  • All bidders on public projects for the parish council shall be required to furnish the parish council with a certificate that they have public liability, property damage and worker's compensation insurance. Bidders shall also be required to furnish a certificate showing that there are no mortgages or that the holder of the mortgage releases unto them and holds the parish council blameless on lands where they propose to obtain sand, clay or gravel to be placed on roads under contract by the parish council.
