§ 5-123. Permit certificates good only for premises set forth in application; change in employment.

The certificate issued under this article shall be valid only for the premises set forth in the application. The holder of the certificate, upon changing employment, shall notify the sheriff's department of this fact within five days. Failure to do so ipso facto invalidates the certificate.
