§ 7-32. Pigs running at large prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful and no person owning hogs, shoats, sows, pigs and/or swine shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his/her/its swine to run at large upon the public properties or upon private property of another person.

(b)

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to criminal penalties as provided by section 1-13 of this Code.
