§ 7-58. Sanitation, maintenance of premises.

Any permit to operate a chicken or hog establishment may be suspended or revoked if at any time the premises are allowed to become unsanitary or are maintained so as to create a nuisance. Flies and odors shall be kept under control at all times. Manure or other wastes from these establishments shall be disposed of, so as not to create a nuisance. If untreated manure is spread upon fields, it must be covered immediately, with the exception of permanent pasture.
