§ 8-9. License fees and renewals.

Latest version.

(a)

Licenses issued shall expire at midnight on December 31 of the year in which issued and may be renewed prior to their expiration, upon receipt of application and payment of the annual fee.

(b)

A license shall not be issued to anyone without first meeting the following requirements:

(1)

All bonds and insurance in force.

(2)

All installations cleared with the inspection division that have been rejected for code violations.

(3)

All State of Louisiana Contractors/Plumbing Licenses.
