§ 8-02. Special districts.

Any special district heretofore established and existing in Tangipahoa Parish shall continue to exist to effectuate the purpose for which it was created, to complete any works begun or authorized therein, to pay the debts of the district and to levy taxes and other charges as may have been or may be legally authorized in the district.
