Road subdistrict no. 1 of road district no. 6 is hereby created. The boundaries of
the district shall be as follows:
Begin on the west line of fractional section 14, township 2 south, range 7 east, at
the southwest corner of the north one-half of the north one-half, section 14; thence
east through sections 14 and 13, township 2 south, range 7 east, sections 18, 48,
17, 16, 15, 14, 50 and 13, township 2 south, range 8 east; thence south along the
west line of section 18 to the center of the west line of section 18, township 2 south,
range 9 east; thence east through sections 18 and 17 to the west line of section 41,
township 2 south, range 9 east; thence south along the west line of section 41 to
the southwest corner; thence southeast across section 42 to the northeast corner of
fractional section 20; thence south along the east line of section 20; thence west to the northwest corner of section 44; thence south to the southwest
corner of section 44; thence east to the northwest corner of section 46; thence along
the west line of section 46, township 2 south, range 9 east to the southwest corner
of section 38, township 3 south, range 9 east; thence east to the northwest corner
of section 39; thence south along the west line of sections 39 and 41; thence east
to the northwest corner of the east one-half of the east one-half of section 15; thence
south along the west line of the east one-half of the east one-half of sections 15
and 22; thence east to the southeast corner of section 22; thence along the east line of sections 22, 27 and 34 to the northeast corner of
the south one-half of the south one-half of sections 34, township 3 south, range 9
east; thence west along the north line of the south one-half of the south one-half
of sections 34, 33, 32, and 31, township 3 south, range 9 east, sections 36, 35, 34,
33, 32 and 31, township 3 south, range 8 east, section 36, township 3 south, range
7 east, and along the north line of section 52, township 3 south, range 7 east to
the Tangipahoa River; thence north along same to the southwest corner of section 58,
township 2 south, range 7 east; thence east and north along the boundaries of same
to the point of beginning.
