§ 19-417. Powers, corporate seal.

(a)

The road subdistrict created in this division shall have all of the powers and rights granted to such districts by the constitution and laws of the state.

(b)

The corporate seal of the parish council shall be the corporate seal of the road subdistrict created in this division.
