Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Article XIV, Section 14 of the Constitution
of the State of Louisiana for the year 1921, as amended, R.S. Title 46, Chapter 10, and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, a hospital
service district is hereby created within the parish district, which hospital service
district shall comprise and embrace all of that territory within the boundaries of
parish council ward three of the parish, as constituted on October 19, 1965.
