§ 23-63. Cooperative agreements.

The parish council-president government is authorized and empowered to make such inquiries as it deems necessary and may through committees or sub-committees or representatives of the parish government conduct meetings and by ordinance the parish government may approve entering into cooperative agreements with any agency, or subdivision of the state or the United States Government and the parish government may provide information and obtain information from and to the ground water management commission and the ground water management advisory task force as authorized by R.S. 38:3099.1 through 38:3099.4.
