§ 2-42. Administration of road programs, expenditures.

(a)

No expenditures for road purposes shall be made unless approved in the budget as adopted or amended by the parish council.

(b)

The road superintendent and purchasing agent shall be responsible to the president for efficient administration of the road program as approved in the budget.

(c)

The road superintendent and purchasing agent shall be responsible for the supervision of all road work, including the hiring and firing of personnel, with the approval of the president.
