§ 5-66. Definition.
Any person engaged in the sale at retail or wholesale, within the limits of the parish but outside the corporate limits of any incorporated municipality therein, for use or consumption of beer, porter, ale, fruit juices or wine, of an alcoholic content not exceeding that now or hereafter permitted by law, but greater than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, shall be deemed a retail dealer, or wholesale dealer, respectively for all purposes of this article.
