§ 5-67. Permits required; fees.
(a)
Every retail dealer, and every wholesale dealer respectively, is hereby required to obtain from the parish a permit as follows:
(1)
A class A permit, which permits the retail dealer to sell beer, porter, ale, fruit juices, or wine, as described in section 5-66 hereof, for use or consumption on or off the licensed premises.
(2)
A class B permit, which permits the retail dealer to sell beer, porter, ale, fruit juices, or wine, as described in section 5-66 hereof, only for use or consumption off the licensed premises.
(3)
A class C permit, which permits the wholesale dealer to sell beer, porter, ale, fruit juices, or wine as described in section 5-66 hereof, at wholesale.
(b)
The parish council shall from time to time establish the fees for such permits.
