§ 7-26. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Livestock means any animal of the species of horse, mule, ass, cattle, swine, sheep or goat.

Owner of livestock means any person owning or having control of livestock.
