§ 7-27. Running at large prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for horses, mules, asses, cattle, swine, sheep and goats to roam at large. Any such livestock found roaming at large may be impounded as provided in this article.

(b)

No person owning livestock shall knowingly, willfully or negligently permit his livestock to go at large.
