Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 16-5. Use of public roads or highways for making geophysical surveys.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use the public roads or highways for the purpose of making geophysical surveys to determine the presence or absence of any oil, gas or other mineral under the lands adjacent to such public roads or highways without the written consent of the owner or owners of the lands affected by such surveys.
