§ 2-57. Proper petitioners.
(a)
The parish council, the parish president, law enforcing authorities and any person shall have the right to file a complaint to have any licensee or permittee of the parish government show cause why his permit or franchise should not be suspended or revoked.
(b)
The parish council, the parish president, law enforcing authorities and any person shall have the right to file a complaint to have any member of a board or commission appointed by the parish government or any other appointee of parish government show cause why he should not be removed from office for cause.
